He attended San Antonio Junior College and the University of Texas in Austin. Bill Byrum has worked in the financial services industry since 1983, beginning his career with Paine Webber. From 1987-1998, Bill worked with VALIC and centered his attention on university professors and doctors. From 1998-2003, Bill continued his work with professors and doctors through Aetna (which was acquired by ING). During this period, he passed his Series 65 exam to obtain the Registered Investment Advisor designation. From July 2003-2004, Bill worked as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Sawtelle Financial Management. In July 2004, Bill began his own firm, Byrum Portfolio Management. Bill works with his wife, Patricia, who has been in the financial services industry since 1992. Patricia H. Byrum Administrator Patricia (Pat) Howard Byrum was born in Kansas in 1950. She attended Southwestern College in Winfield Kansas graduating with a BA in Education. Pat Byrum has worked in the financial services industry since 1993. She worked with Aetna Financial Services from 1993 until July, 2003. During this period, she passed her Series 65 exam to obtain the Registered Investment Advisor designation. From July 2003-2004, Pat worked as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Sawtelle Financial Management. In July 2004, Pat began working with Bill Byrum as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
